Right Angle Countertop Support Brackets

Right Angle Countertop Bracket | L Bracket

Right Angle Countertop Bracket

L brackets for countertops are a reliable and easy way to support an overhanging countertop. This right angle bracket may be installed before or after the countertop. It mounts to the side of a knee wall and the top of the bracket is flush with the top of the knee wall. You may also install a right angle bracket on the inside of a knee/pony wall. After installation, the countertop should be on top flush and level.

The purpose of this bracket is to support the weight of the overhanging granite. If the granite bends, it can crack and potentially fail. These brackets prevent granite and shelf movement. These brackets are also great for supporting countertops that are made of materials other than granite. Any solid stone, wood, or resin countertops are also great countertop materials that can be supported by our Right Angle Countertop brackets.

The entire bracket is exposed under the countertop, but still leaves plenty of room for someone’s legs. Each bracket is buffed and powder coated, so it’s safe if your legs and clothes rub against without scratching or snagging. A simple design and perfect for several applications! If you need extra strong shelves in your home and enjoy this look, we also have a version of the heavy duty right angle bracket that is specific for shelving. This countertop bracket itself can also be used for shelves that are sturdy enough to support books, dishes, or almost whatever else you might want to store on it.
